Respect the house rules. If the place says "don't bring a piece in here" then you don't bring a piece there. It's not Rocket surgery, or whatever.

Some retard dropped his gun on the floor in a disgusting rest area bathroom while I was pissing on a road trip once. It wasn't in a holster when I looked over to hear what the noise was so I can only assume the dumbass was mexican carrying it.Looked like a Beretta 92 btw but I am not 100%

Had a funny moment once in an REI store
>shopping with gf
>checking out back packs
>3 employees come by one by one and offer to measure my waist
>nah bro im just browsing
>eventually a manager comes by and basically forces young female employee to do it

>young Asian girl with cool tattoos pulls out the measuring belt and goes to put it around my waist

>take out my cc pistol and holster and set it on a table next to us
>girl just does a half laugh and says “sweet”, then finishes measuring
>gf was awkward thinking we’d get in trouble, but we live in a pretty cool gun state so it was fine
One of the only times someone found out I was carrying, luckily the staff at REI are pretty chill.

The owner of a store that operates in public is subject to the rules of law as everyone else. The owner of the store can not violate ones rights including the 1st and second amendments. However if a store like Sam's club takes a club status that requires a membership that no longer applies. They are not an open face to the public. They are a members only and you agree to those rules to get a membership. It's a private club.

Many years ago when my grandmother was in the emergency room follow a bout of chest pain, I found a blood-stained shoulder holster in one of the drawers I was snooping in. It was for a .38 snubby, so I always figured it likely belonged to an older cop.
