Easy. One of the nice things about the 10/22 is how easy it is to work on. Want to install a threaded barrel? Simple. There's one screw that holds the action into the stock, then two socket-head bolts that hold the barrel into the receiver. No special tools required to swap barrels, all you need is a screwdriver and an allen wrench.

I'm gonna put mine in a P90 kit. I know the mag looks stupid but you can use the 10 round one and not see it.They really need to make this gun in cheaper to shoot calibers...

It works no problem and suppressed 22, even supers, is very pleasant. Obviously it is some weight on the end but suppressing 22 isn't hard and the cans are smaller then center fire.Cans do get dirtier a lot faster though, so keep in mind you're going to need more cleaning. Not a huge deal but a factor to consider. And if you're shooting bare lead like is more common with 22 you'll accumulate a fair amount of that in the can so gotta be a little more careful about cleaning and then disposal afterwards unless you get plated stuff (or I guess monos in theory but ime they don't work very well, 22 just isn't designed for that).

I bought one of the mannlicher stock variants, trying to figure out how to mount a suppressor. I could either find a longer barrel, cut it down, and thread it. Or I make a new stock to accommodate a bull barrel and go the integrally suppressed route.

It's fun. Keep the barrel at 5.5" or less if you want the cheap blaster shit to stay subsonic. You could of course use a longer barrel and subsonic ammunition, but in my experience it occasionally goes super in even a 16" barrel.

Yes. I've shot multiple 10/22s that have been silenced. 18.5" will be comfortable volume and reliable with subs or supers in the 800-1300FPS range (32-40gr). Since finding a MUCH less money hungry fudd range that actually has knowledgeable members (less retards, also more NFA owners), I've also shot down to 12.5" silenced on a 10/22 and the same holds true with minimal speed loss, little to no volume increase. I do recommend the Volquartsen soft buffer especially if you shoot subs as it does make a sound difference believe it or not. I also think the kit that has swappable springs on the recoil spring/guide rod assembly might be a good upgrade. Hard to clean the spring and rod otherwise sometimes.
