Pros: You can make stupid Youtube videos to impress and get views from gullible retards on the internet Cons: You have to live knowing deep down you're a larping fraud95% of "polyglots" are frauds that only learned a handful of basic phrases, just enough to hold a basic 2-minute conversation. They aren't "fluent" in the languages by any stretch of the imagination, and would fall apart the moment a conversation shifts away from basic pleasantries, the weather, or ordering food at a restaurant.
