Impossible as it would rely on christian faith expansionism, which only a very tiny intellectual elite bought into because of its high concepts that were unusual to their materialistic society. Hence the bulk of peasantry and the entrenched cynical-intellectual elites would fiercely oppose it. It woud be impossible to pull off through sheer force because of a massive manpower deficit, and pretty much only a maritime technological advantage, useful for coastal domination but nigh useless inland.

Peak Spain couldn't even contain their colony here, imagine them fighting thousands of miles away against a Chinese/Indian dynasty or feudal Japan in their home turf with hundreds of thousands of men at their disposal and also heavily armed thanks to an assortment of Yuro traders and arms dealers.They also lost against a small Bongland force in the 18th century after they tried to invade what would eventually become Malaysia and Indonesia.They should have stayed in New Spain and Latinx America and left this region alone.
