I said 1000000 times already that's it's impossible to do a proper flag dump while travelling, it needs to be done at home with a proxy, google earth and the autodumper. i had even offered my 4chan pass and vpn to do so multiple times, but zero effort was made In Iceland most of the flags are still missing, there are about 64 current municipalities but there should be some 200 more former municipalities. you can stay sure than by the time the repository will be fixed, there won't be any proper flag dump, just a few flags smattered here and there. in fact he wont even notice because he's not even a regular here

citypopulation doesn't even have municipalities for big western countries like Italy, France or Germany (and if it has they're not in a usable format) and is lacking entirely a lot more subdivisions. It's not a primary source anywayas always, the only gold standard here is OSM (or rather, the OSM-derived files for Google Earth i upload on the mediafire in the OP, which are way easier to visualize)btw all three countries are fully flagged now, so zero excuses from now on
