10/19/25, 04:41No.215981576Immigrants do. As someone who is handicapped (yes we call them handicap spots) I have encountered it twice. Both times a parking guard showed up in like 12 seconds and gave the car a fat ticket. Both times = expensive cars and brown drivers.
