How do I learn how to draw? Genuinely. I want to improve fast before the year ends, so how do I do it? What study plan?

Continuous line drawing. Draw lines for a week. Draw shapes for a week. Draw forms for two weeks. Spend more time looking at your reference than your paper. Draw from photographs and do life drawings. Draw with a pencil extensively BEFORE drawing with a pen/marker/paintbrush. Work on a project and get it done even if you suck at certain things. Take note of what you suck at, then study them before creating a new project and then implementing what you've learned. Draw the things you love!for perspective:

>observe A intently for as long as you want
>then take B and trace over it (break it down into simple shapes, pay attention to negative space), and take a long while to observe the shapes that compose it
>hide both A and B, and draw your ref from memory (try to draw it from various angles too)
>take out A and make a copy of it by eyeballing it
>compare the results
>repeat the process but without B

https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3CVmSISHmAU3iFwXdUVr2GdBEo1gB-4JYou draw digital? This is the only video you need
https://youtu.be/vADt7tWT64kDRAW A LOT in this case sketch a lot also if you can with color and learn composition, value and color theory. The only fundamental you need is Gesture and Perspective for perspective do not get too autistic with it just pick one you like and learn it ie. 2-3 pointAnatomy and Figure can follow alongOne more thing is don't forget to draw traditional too using sketchbookDon't get too autistic unless its for targeted study/focused studyGood luck on your journey anon

Grab a pencel and sketchbook and start to learn about value and composition. Drawing in traditional is the fastest way to improve yourself in this expertise.

Most likely progressive overloading. You start light. Then improve on the subject you're working on. Over time for months and years. You can't stop because skill will stall.

kek. join an art class somewhere, I guess?
anyway, if you want a "cheat code", do master studies. which is just a nice and validating name for "find a piece of art that you think looks good and copy it". is your copy not good enough? what are the differences? work on those. do it again and again until it looks good
unsurprisingly, if you do that a lot, you will become better at making things that look good

Best and fastest path, is to either get a mentor or join a class.
If you want to go by yourself, it'll take longer, but here's a rough outline:
Step 1 is learning to see and copy. Find learning resources on this, and get good at doing 1:1 copies. If you aren't good at this you'll never improve.
Once you get more or less good at that, decide what it is you want to learn, and copy a fuckton of it. Whether it's anatomy, clothing, backgrounds, etc. Just do a fuckton of copies.
Don't just mindlessly copy, try to understand why things are there, their relationships, proportions, etc. Don't be a howie, draw your own conclusions, you may later realize some were wrong, but it's better than waiting to be spoonfed.
Do a copy, compare to original, find flaws and make notes of them, then try again. Do this 1-2 dozen times per subject or until you notice substantial improvement, then move on. Make sure to pick specific topics, such as "how to draw arms", not broad shit like "whole body anatomy".
The rest is just a lot of grind, a lot of bad drawings to get through, and good old "just draw".

All that effort just to make gacha slop ad pictures for a company that rakes in $33.7 million just in the month of September alone for 1 game.

I cannot tell you how your brain controls your hand. You have to try it out to see for yourself. See where you're lacking and what you're unhappy with and try doing things differently. This is what's meant by "just draw." Everyone learns differently and controls their body differently. Experimentation should be just as important as fundamental practice.
