I want to larp and make anime keyframes-like drawings. Any good standard RGB value and brushes to emulate the colored pencils? The blue, the red, the yellow, etc. On CSP, krita, or other softwares.

literally anything works that has the needed value and is red, blue, yellow, etc.
do you want to emulate scanned paper? if you can't draw it's not going to be a good larp anyway.

Just use paper and pencils.
The exact color does not matter much, as it will not be seen in the final result anyway

Everyone is being a cock for no reason
If you want to go /trad/ with it, probably buy paper like what was on the keyframes. Buy colored pencils and only pick out the colors you notice in frames. Practice not on keyframe paper, but save that for you think you are ready for itIf you want to go digital, cut the drawings out of a keyframe picture and save that as a base
Then make a color palette in your program with the pen colors you need, I recommend CSP, because if you figure out the assets store I found a couple awesome pencil brushes

You want the appearance of something with a specific practical purpose but completely removed from its context? Don't be part of the problem OP this is a dumb idea
