One way to tell is if they have a timeline of works at varying skill levels leading up to the final works. Every artist stumbles as they refine their style/skills. Does he have any of his previous works posted, or are all his posts of this skill level, and only within the past year or so? Or is it /beg/, then suddenly spikes up coincidentally with advent of AI?

I’m not a troll. And I think AI is losing.But you guys are kinda naive. Those instathots and onlyfans models have mixed real and AI content for a while now. It would be even easier to do it with art. Yeah, he can draw. Yeah, he posted the 3 hour-long drawing videos. But it doesn’t prove his account is not a mix of AI, and real thing, and AI-traced illustrations.

If an artist doesn't have some bare sketches out there then that makes them suspect for AI.Some AI artists will post a line-drawing of the illustration alongside the "finished" work but that ironically makes them look even more suspicious, because that's the only line-work they ever post. You can trace some AIslop easy and pass it off as linework

yeah there's a lot of red flags that make me think it's ai, traced or a combo of photobash and prompting >account appears in 2020 >multiple uploads of finished pieces a day >posts clarifying various "styles" aka "messy", "clean" etc >language sounds like a prompt instead of an artist's interest ("I draw in yoji shinkawa syle" vs "shinkawa's work on zoe was a huge inspiration to me" etc) > early commision pieces on kofi have the korean gen ai face everywhere >very heavy use of filters >weapons like guns and lightsaber are melty >no earlier posts of pencil sketches or roughs, just straight to polished finished product >convoluted commision process across several platforms with a very, very low price where you are sent the digital file instead of a print (no mention of original pieces at all), and can make very small revisions but not large >speed paints has shapes just appear, closer to an eraser reveal video than a process video I'm sure you could dismiss some of these points but taken all together it just reeks of pajeet scam >pic related
