I'm on my computer a lot, since it's basically my only source of entertainment at home, and I find just having the windows 'night light' mode on, with a really strong sepia setting, does me quite well.
Honestly, I hate looking at the screen with it off - it's far too bright.That aside, whenever you get up to stretch, roll you eyes around and focus on things that are at various distances, from trees out the window, to things on your desk, to the wrinkles on your hand, and back again.All this said though, I haven't had much issues with eye strain, so it might also just be a matter of genetics.
