What this anon said, or alternatively, I believe you can buy transfer papers that transfer the lines from one side to another when drawn on. There's also scanning it and using a projector. So you have many options.The thing is, if you can't recreate the image well when simply redrawing it, I can't imagine you're going to nail it again in paint - you're going to be covering up the majority of the details with paint after all, you need to accept it isn't going to be a 1:1 exact result regardless.Nice drawing though, OP, it looks good, I can see why you're being autistic and want it keep it as close as possible.
