BA's artstyle is different from other gacha because it explictly imitates 00s anime design conventions with their minimalism for ease of animation. Study the designs of things like Strike Witches, Infinite Stratos, Nanoha and the like OP.

Get the form right first. I think they call these flat anime coloring style. Not heavily-rendered garbage popular with coomers and AI.
