You seem to have a solid grasp of it. Maybe draw her lower torso so her arms doesnt blend into it making her look fat

Thst is such a good model to draw! I find doing the kind of boob crack that seperates at the top, makes huge racks look slightly bigger. Then when I want a character to be ugly, I prominently draw the subtler details of skin that you would normally ignore like the wringles on eyelids, sunspots, all the creases around someone's mouth that you'd normally ignore. I also draw the irises in their eyes extra aesematrical with smaller pupils.
