This user is criticizing Dumézilian's hypothesis regarding the Hindu varna model for all Indo-European societies, claiming it's a purely Hindu innovation. Is this correct? He also states that the PIE had no classes or social divisions.

Varna and caste are different. Varna in some form might have existed with IEs tho it probably was not originally super autistic and rather flexible. Caste system probably is rooted in Indus Valley culture as you dont see it in other IE peoples. Indo-Aryans likely came and imposed themselves on top of pre-existing structure.

All that is just The Steppe though, and that’s why the Steppe Nomad Tech Tree has a Step for Horses and the Equestrians to dismount and remount for Short Riders and Tall Horses because you need Horses for The Steppe
