Probably a peace treaty in 2015-16 or so. Germany keeps what they're sitting on in Belgium and France. In the East, similar terms. The Serb gov't mostly goes to the gallows. The bongs hand over everything in Africa.

A what point does Germany win? Because the outcome is likely very different if they aren't stopped at the Marne in 1914 compared to if peace comes after the Spring Offensive in 1918 is successful.
