The Low Birth Rate is caused by Modern Societal Safety Mechanisms such as 18 Adulthood Age Theory. Wild Animals in Captivity are known to have lower Birth Rates as Wild Animals want to live in dangerous, chaotis environments, not safe, boring environments. Humans are Wild Animals. Child Labor Laws lower the Birth Rate by turning Children from Economic Assets into Economic Liabilities. Blocking Teen Marriage also lowers the Birth Rate. John Calhoun created a series of Rat Utopia Experiments in the 1960s where he described how if gave Rats unlimited food & shelter, initially, the population would go up, but eventually, the rats would start going insane & the population which reach a behavioral sink plateau upon which it would collapse. The only meaningful factor in birth rates is that it's happening almost all over the world, regardless of women's rights, housing, food prices, access to contraceptives, feminism, with the only places on the planet seeming to be the exception is places with literal ooga booga and peasent demographics. Birth rates are a self correcting problem (matter of fact, problem isn't the correct term because depopulation means there are more resources for every individual) and the only people who are hurt by lower birth rates are the rich who have to pay higher wages to their workers or God forbid give them concessions.
