This proves that you don't have a moral obligation to help drowning people or people starving given that god, who is more moral and able to than you doesn't.

No, it doesn't, because according to your second axiom, God can make rules that apply to you and not to him. Ready to admit you are wrong, or are you going to throw a tantrum?
