The ACNA is a part of the newly formed Global Anglican Communion. Finally, we are no longer a so called "schismatic" rival Church to the Episcopal Church in America but now belong to a real, true Communion, of Anglican Churches that is currently larger than the Anglican Communion under the See of Canterbury.

I went to an ACNA church here in town and it was just a mass; why not just be Catholic at this point? Does the pope really bother you that much?

I like how the ACNA is apparently mad about a gay bishop in a different hierarchy than the one being described here, so they aligned with an African Bishop who called for the death penalty for homosexuality, which is also overtly not biblical (note john 7:53-8:11 with Jesus specifically for forbidding execution for sex crimes described in Leviticus). Compared with in 1 Timothy 1:9-10 and 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 using arsenokoitai, which is clearly referencing the specific reference in Leviticus Jesus says you can't execute people for. Like it's amazing how both sides are hilariously wrong, but the "more right wing" side is somehow more wrong (contradicting Jesus vs Paul). It's beautiful.

From the very beginning Anglicanism was not a religion in any spiritual sense. It is a church founded by a corrupt king for secular politics, not a prophet or a preacher who wanted to spiritually empower people.
