Portugal, Ireland and Russia also didn't engage in witch hunting, or had very few cases. IIRC, Portugal had 7 trials, while Spain had over a thousand (and a single execution), most of them near the French border, when the Basques went crazy about witchcraft until the Inquisition arrived and restored order.
Sweden, Norway and Iceland had a few cases, but not a lot, followed by Hungary, Italy and Denmark.
Witch hunting was mostly happening on the HRE, France, England and Poland.
