bohemia was austrian clay since the beginning of time. The idea of a "czechoslovakia" is modernist retarded nonsense. That country has not been controlled by germans for ALL OF EUROPEAN HISTORY. There is no czech identity, and slovakia belongs to Hungary (which was also controlled by habsburg austria)

if you're actually interested in the answer, look up Hitlers speech on April 28 1939 in which he explains Germanys position and actions up to that date. The Czech economy is the result of its connection with the greater German economic system. The excuse was that the Czech rump state was at risk of an imminent Communist takeover and that Germany had to occupy the rest of Czechia to prevent anarchy from spreading. Of course, there was no Communist conspiracy, and the instability was directly caused by Germany partitioning Czechoslovakia between Hungary, Slovak separatists (who they supported) and themselves. They actually called President Emil Hácha over for 'negotiations' and then threatened to bomb Prague if he didn't allow the Germans to set up the protectorate. The truth was that Germany wanted to secure Czech industries like the Skoda Works.

Read David Irving’s bio of Hitler. He never intended to take the Sudetes only and originally he was hell bent to go to war. It would have been a prolonged bloody conflict since the bunkers that Czechs built were stronger than the German artillery could afford to penetrate at the time, and unlike Poland, Czechoslovakia had one of the most advanced military industrial complexes in Europe at the time despite its size. That was all avoided because Mussolini in his love hate relationship with Hitler tried to minimize his reach and persuaded him to accept the Munich pact with France and Britain. They all looked like fools when Hitler broke his promise not even after a full year later. As for the excuse, it was the same old hogwash about how rebellious Slovaks shattered the weak Czechoslovak state and the people of Bohemia and Moravia plead Hitler to restore order just like he did in the Sudetes. Sadly, everyone was so eager to avoid another Great War that they swallowed it all, despite the scornful rhetoric.

You should learn history. Britain used the Germans living in Czechia as a trap and told the German government it would be no issue if they claimed the whole country. The British were then pissed off when Hitler didn't take all of Czechoslovakia and only the Sudetenland.
Behind the scenes they more annoyed Poland, Hungry etc took slices of Czechoslovakia.Nevertheless the Jewish owned international media still used Germany reincorporating the Sudetenland as a war provocation.The Complete History of the Sudeten Crisis:
