I've been wanting to commission an artist for a while, and the last time I tried to commission them the commission got cancelled (my card blocked the transaction because it was international, and the artist closed applications while I waited for my bank to open). Last night they opened again for a bit, but their prices went from 8,000 yen to 40,000 and I don't know if it's because they really bumped their prices that high or because Skeb thought I was trying to spam them.
