Where to find good drone music (preferably royalty free but not necessarily) to put in background of videos? Like the type that Lynch would use in his movies or that Flesh Simulator guy in his youtube videos, something that creates a nice hum that you can talk over

Sounds like you're looking for "dark ambient" music. Its free on many platforms.
