naw, those job posters are just fucking dumb. totally different skill sets and expecting to find people who can do both is asking for failure.
i mean, i can do both, but im a fucking unicorn. if you were a good writing and then told me you knew some design software, id laugh in your face. if you had some visual chops and said you could write, id laugh in your face.
