First pic is the logo I'm redesigning my site and want to go in the direction of a Frutiger Aero/Skeuomorphism vibe, where, the site currently looks like this: eccomuse.com What do you think of the logo, the sidebar that holds the logo and the slide bar? How can i improve it? What do you think about the Frutiger metro infographic i made? How can i improve it, if possible, a friend said the color takes away from the background, but i dont think thats a bad thing

The placement of the music note should be more in the center of the circle shape formed by the colored lines. The lighting and reflections on the colored lines should match the lighting of the purple circle under them. Logo in the 3rd image can work with that background if it's made smaller but overall I agree with your friend, that background and logo would work better together if the logo was chrome or had a matching palette. The metro infographic combines too many colors and shouldn't use any gradients. you should avoid gradient shading or any kind of shading and limit yourself to a smaller color palette for frutiger metro stuff

The note, ring of bars, and circle all need to be aligned to the same center. Right now they disagree and it's jarring.The varied lengths of the colored bars in a ring might blend better into the background disc if the background disk had consistent-length insets for each of the bars to sit in. So a ring of 20 recessed bars of equal length that match the disc color, acting as 'grooves' that the colored bars sit in. This suggests the bars are forming some kind of equalizer set to different levels.I'd actually try doing 24 recessed bars, and the four at the cardinal positions are empty.
