This might be more related to video editing, but does anyone have any idea how the tabs were put on screen like in the screenshot? Its a 16 year old video, and it sure doesn't look like your average sony vegas/premiere text tool. Something more analogue.

premiere has been around for a long time pali think its just that "notation" is inherently messy so it looks wonky.

i don't see why this is hard to figure out.
it was clearly done in windows movie maker.
