no because it makes your calligraphy much better and actually readable>isn't it retarded to write when you can just type everything on your phone no because 1. when you write you retain more about what you wrote 2.the jews can only have access to your writings if they get a warrant and apprehend your notebooksthe only downside is that your notes arent searchable, you can't ctrl + f in real life and you can't really make a hierarchical filing system with ease.maybe you can scan your notebooks and use a local llm to turn your handwriting into computer text and make notes from there.thats the best way, a mix of both worlds.

when I was in college and writing a shit ton every day with ball point pen I tried looking for ways to make it easier on my hands, they were sore a lot after classes and fuck pencils I didn't like the lack of contrast I tried fountain pens and it was fucking great, not having to press at all really and having a great solid contrasty line in addition to that I realized having a ball kind of ties you to having a momentum? Of your pen tip on the page, restricting it's ability to change direction as quickly with the fountain pen it was so much easier to write for much longer and my handwriting got much more legible because of the lack of the ball imo, which is why gel or rollerball wouldn't work as well for me even though they had great contrast and put down a line without pressing hard I really liked the idea of refilling with just, well, INK instead of buying a plastic cartridge felt tip came close but I hated the scratchy feeling, nails on a chalkboard to me cursive became a JOY as well, as it was so easy to change direction that all my ascenders became instantly more parallel and easy maintenance sucks but it's really not that bad, let it soak if you don't use it every day, otherwise use it every day and don't let it dry up some pens are more forgiving than others e.g. Lamy I love the basic international style with iridium tip like in op, they used to be my go to

i just gold my first gold nib montblanc used for under $50 shipped. you too can do so if you look for used pens in japanese domestic marketplace. yahoo japan, mercari japan and use a proxy shipping service like sendico. my thirdworld ass got a hold of 70s montblanc 320p this way. if you want to get gold nibs this is the cheapest way i know. the same listings in these places are reposted on ebay with higher prices, why not go straight to the source? gold mine for japanese pens 70s-90s and montblanc too surprisingly. my theory is they hoarded a lot of luxury before 90s japan crash.
