You can just ask normally bro.
The paid models don't allow this. The free ones you run on your own machine can. There is no "paying" for it unless you want to do that for some reason, but from what I understand you're not even allowed to.
So it's free to do and obviously since you can reverse engineer it, the results are free to run if you just remove DRM.
