There is nothing preventing you from using ECMAScript like that, that has being the case for more than ten years. Unfortunately only Safari does the mandated tail call optimization for recursive calls.

As if AI needs that much training data in programming. Programming is one of the few disciplines that can have automated reinforcement learning because you can just benchmark a code and compile a code, programming and math are the two fields that can be automated through trial and error tests basically.

Here in reality, the ability to load 0 into a register/memory cell/whatever has existed since the Analytical Engine designs in the 19th century, and concretely since the Zuse computers in the 1930s.
