What ear tips would you recommended if comply p-series make my ears sore and the occlusion is still too much?(foam or silicone, i use Etys if that helps)

I have the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds (bluetooth) which I have now stopped using for health reasons. I switched to my old wired Sennheiser CX275s, the poor audio on these is evident. Are contemporary wired IEMs on par on audio quality with the contemporary bluetooth buds?I found the Sennheiser IE 200, but reviews seem unimpressed https://www.rtings.com/headphones/reviews/sennheiser/ie-200 are they a good option?
