Is this sleeve length good? Every other picture I see the sleeves are way higher.

Yeah they’re too long. You’re supposed to let the shirt cuffs pop out.

The sleeves are very slightly on the long side, but they aren't bad, and I wouldn't return the jacket because of that. Getting half of an inch to an inch tailored off of the jacket's cuffs may be a little costly, if you prefer to do that. For what the length is right now, you just do not normally have visible shirt cuffs, in that case, though a very minor sliver of them may be seen, depending upon how long your shirt sleeves are.
