How do you figure out "your look" as well as this guy did? His hair, his glasses, he figured out a perfect look that works for him. Even if I could Oblivion character creator myself I don't even know what hairstyle and stuff I would pick

You just wear and look and try out things and you develop some kind of taste for things through that. Or get a stylist.

then wear the fit that you get bullied least and work from there.
