The sunglasses help to androgynize your face, maybe try to find an oversized colorful feminine pair. I would also tend away from baggy masc clothes and maybe try puffy or chunky women's stuff.

Second pic is cute, the trousers are just a tad too high and the top needs a better collar (too baggy/unkept), but I see the vision. Embrace a slightly masc/andro aesthetic for your clothes, but try some makeup and fun/fem accessories. I feel more people will accept your identity if you lean into your natural appearance, but are unapologetic about your internal femininity and gender.

First out of anything, start working out. Not even lifting weights (though really recommended) but just start jogging/running and doing some body weight exercises to tone up & developing some sort of shape, which you lack atm, and that's not going to help no matter what you wear.And honestly if you did even that bare minimum, the fit in the middle would look better and is a good starting point. In the meantime eans & a tucked in white t-shirt with a belt & boots/sneakers is a combo that works on everyone. Wear stuff true to size and not intentionally oversize becuase you just end up looking like a retard toddler playing dress up. Once you get more fit & get a streak of confidence, look at pics & catalouges of "normie" brands like H&M/Urban Outfitters/Zara etc for outfit ideas, that'll give you some more style inspo that wont make you stand out

I don't know if it's a selfie taking issue you have or whether you just want to appear good when you go out but 1. try posing either by defining your pose or just a variety of poses stolen from people good at taking selfies. I feel like it's not even about what clothes they're wearing but HOW they look with those clothes. and also having confidence.

Get a haircut. Spend money on a good hairdresser and let them fuck you up. Ask for bangs in particular, a wolfcut if they're not sure. Your jeans are too low waisted to tuck in your t shirt and your t shirt is too long. I suggest getting slimmer fitting vintage t shirts or lean into wearing extremely oversized t shirts untucked. My advice is to scroll pinterest and attempt to replicate outfits you like with what you have. Here's some outfits of mine
