Every single fucking time I see someone in a waistcoat they are wearing a fucking belt. Even Brooks Brothers which is supposed to be classic menswear can't even fucking get it right. Is there literally ANYWHERE that a young man can buy traditional classic menswear from a place that actually knows what they're doing?

No chain store does it right, and don't look at formal wear because it's even more hideous. 99% of modern tailcoats aren't worth the fabric they are made out of because the proportions are all wrong and tuxes are not much better.Honestly just find a knowledgeable and sympathetic menswear shop that has a good mtm program. Then you can try fixing the problem yourself by just getting what you want how you want. Granted you'll probably have to educate the person helping you if it's something that only vintage does right.

Im a lawyer. Wear suits everyday. Go to Suit Supply, they'll custom make you a suit and you can get any fit you want, choose materials, etc. For $1200 what you get is really great value. Brooks Brothers went bankrupt a while ago and was bought by fashion jews, its no longer classic and its more catered to be a mall outlet store, but for some reason they refuse to drop their prices. I expect them to go bankrupt again.

My town had a local menswear boutique. It’s mostly slop for boomers and college students who need suits for interviews, but there is one section that is good stuff and there’s two guys that work there who really “get it”. It’s right next to a cigar lounge too which is sort of kino.

In a country full of overweight/obese landwhales you can't expect to find decent attire in typical shopping centers or clothes shops. Most of these disgusting subhumans wear some type of stretchy plastic slop or oversized t-shirts and associated shapeless low class nigwear to accommodate their lard-filled mass.
