People used to do it in a not so toxic way. But now its like ur gonna get turbo bullied for months even if you look good. I didnt really get involved in it tho.“Talk shit post fit” used to be the motto. If the board lightened up im sure people would be ready to show their hobbiest fashion looks but atm you gotta be pretty confident.

If I had to guess, I’d say it’s because no matter what you’re wearing, no matter how your layering is, no matter how nice the brands are that you own, there will always be some faggots who hate on you & think that they’re superior. It’s just not worth it to argue with anonymous strangers.

Personally, I used to post fits, but it really only works if you also post your face. The headless fit never looks good, and the vast majority of positive responses to a fit being posted, that person will have their head and face also posted.I have a semi-prestigious career, so I'm not posting my face on 4chan. So I just don't post fits anymore.

1. It's largely irrelevant in the vast majority of cases.
2. I am not a narcissist that has a photo reel of myself with my current outfits at all times.
3. I am not doxxing myself.
4. I may not necessarily be in an environment where I can or where it would be appropriate for me to just go to the bathroom to take a photo in the mirror and then upload said photo to an editor and blur my face.
