this is my exact build and i wear L to XL depending on the brand, mostly L but they feel a bit snug in the armpits if its a more athletic or fashion-oriented brand

Nothing pisses me off more than when the website shows "model is 6'2 wearing a Medium".Like wtf dawg? I'm a 5'7 manlet, and Small is too small. Why is the Medium looking a bit loose on this fucking mountain of Chad? Medium should be for average losers and jacked dwarves.

I'm this and I've found larges that are too small and mediums that are too big. I'm afraid it's just over for you. For us.

I am 5'10 and around 145, I normally wear L but I bought some M because this body scaler said I should be good with S. Fits me like a sausage casing. I am skinny fat but damn.

Large would be a safer bet for someone that size, unless you have very narrow shoulders.

large t-shirts are the right length but too narrow at the shoulders and extra large t-shirts are too long and the sleeves are baggy. I just wear XL shirts and tuck them in because I like how that looks tbqh.

Always check sizes. I'm 5'8" 165lbs, and I wear L size because I have broad shoulders, chest, and lats, but I have to get it altered because of my smaller waist.

Medium, until you lose about 20 lb
Then small, your shoulders will stretch out the top and you won't have all that material billowing around
