Briefs/bikinis are the best. You want one with pouches and made with bamboo or modal. The gay brands are good, and a lot of their stuff doens't look flamboyant. Tangas are nice too. Fits the body way better and looks the best if you're in shape.

Briefs for me. Back in middle school I switched to boxers just for the sake of peer pressure in the locker room, and I stuck with boxers even though I hated them till I hit college and then realized that as an adult nobody gives a shit about your underwear so wear what you prefer, and so I went back to briefs. I realize that boxer briefs are the popular compromise but I still much prefer briefs.

I wear boxers for nut health. But if I wear skinny jeans, which suit me, I wear boxer-briefs so there's no wedgy-ing. But a man's preference must surely be boxer shorts not briefs or boxer briefs. Again, for sperm reasons.
