we already did, those who want to dress like this can dress like this if they put their mind to itbut the thing is,
what Beau Brummell did for mens fashion shouldn't be discounted as making it "boring", he democratized mens fashion for more men, and eventually men from all classes, and began a codification of rules, standards, and tropes that evolved into what we now understand as 21st century menswear, which is a broad palette with a large enough pool of cultural signifiers, contributed by all social classes and corners of the world, that one can communicate nearly anything they wish to about themselves with the right choice of clothing. That isn't to say I'd be against a "re-bimbofication" of male fashion that doesn't veer into outright crossdressing, but personally, I like the elegance of a 21st century formal suit, and I think that style of clothing paired with makeup, wigs, and a more effeminate but not gaudy sensibility towards colors, patterns, and hairstyles is a lovely aesthetic that I'd love to see more of in the world.
