How do I remove this corroded ass hardware without tearing up my deck? I need to insert a piece of decking so I can raise the bench seat and fit a new fuel tank

It almost fits... I just need to take out the hardware for attaching me bench slip and insert some starboard under it. Can cut out a spot for the tank so it sits down on the deck.

I can probably cut the corner out of the bench but would prefer not to. I think I might have to just do it this way tho

Uh, use a Philips head and remove the screws?

Screwdriver. If that fails get an impact. If that fails, drill the heads off the screws.
