Is there a good place for finding /d/-related Loras other than civitai? Civitai has a ton of stuff, but it seems like there's specific fetishes that are blacklisted there, and I don't know where you'd find Loras for them otherwise, or even how to tell what's blacklisted (other than doing a search and getting 0 results)

I think I've got the right settings now for H3. This is based on a single image and 3 very low strength loras. With some more images, first/last frames and so on you could very much generate something better. I love that it understands animating on 2s or 3s that's what has always bothered me using WAN. Something bizarre happened to my Automatic1111 install the other day. It worked fine in the morning, but I fired it up again after work and suddenly, all support for LoRAs was just gone.Button was missing from the UI, and when I added the lora to the prompt manually it ignored it. I even tried setting the --lora-dir in the command line arguments in the batch file, and got an error that it wasn't a valid argument.Pulling a fresh install off the github in a new directory worked, but I'm still lost as to what happened. Anyone seen that before?Also, gens in the new install look slightly different, I'm assuming it's because one of the dependencies is a new version?

I need help. I've been trying to shift to anima models and that means I have to retrain my OC loras because the ill versions don't work. I've typically used kohya_SS for training but I just can't find the right settings for it it either refuses to launch with bullshit error codes or takes forever (like 30hrs+) does anyone have a config file they could share? Ik kohya is a no-go, what would you suggest for lora training?

I have a question. I wanted to try anima on stable diffusion and downloaded Stable Diffusion WebUI Forge- Neo, and moved my Loras and checkpoints into the respected folder. I noticed when I used the previous text when I took the png info, the art style completely changed. I even used the previous seed hoping to get similar results. I tried rolling a new seed before changing the names and got pixelated image.

Is it worth trying to train a Lora for an OC that I reuse a bunch? All the training images would just be AI-generated. In the rentry, I see 35-100 images is recommended for character Loras, should I try to get a variety of styles and compositions (portrait, side profile, etc.)? Does Lora training require a beefier computer than local SD does? My computer's on the lower end of stuff that can reasonably generate stuff locally. Is it would trying to use civitai's Lora trainer? I think I have some of their currency built up from posting there.
