I briefly mentioned it last thread but I'm currently working on a size game, and I'd like a bit of feedback about the concept if that's okay:
>alien abduction story
>wake up in a terrarium looking up at a gigantic alien girl
>after escaping you meet up with other escaped abductees of various alien races and try to look for a way off the ship
>ship is full of big alien girls who mostly see you as a pest, snack, or novelty pet
>purposely unclear if the abductees all got shrunk or if the aliens are just enormous
>gameplay is partially based on Little Snatcher, but with stats and a dice rolls for determining outcomes
>all original art despite my mediocre skills
>full of in-jokes about ufology and general /x/ things
Does any of this sound appealing? Is there any particular thing you would want to see in a game like this? Thank you for your time.

Funny, I had a similar idea. I've been trying to figure how to make an appealing size (porn) game in 2D, and as of now I think Little Snatcher had the right idea. I've been trying to think of other gameplay ideas, like gameplay you'd find in an NES game, and I don't think they're ever as appealing as Little Snatcher's simple encounter system. I think the only improvement you could make on LS is a more dynamic encounter system. Like a girl is trying to eat you (uses lick and suck attacks), and if you wiggle out of her grip you fall into her cleavage. Then she starts attacking you with her boobs. If you run out of HP you turn into a red dot, BUT if you run out of stamina, she comments on that, plucks you out and swallows you because you can't resist. That sort of thing would be very easy to implement, and makes for a slightly more immersive game.I suppose you could use a dice roll to determine if you fall into her cleavage, but I'm torn on that. RNG can be great, makes things seem unfair, which is what you want in a size game. But if I WANT to fall into her tits, I'd be annoyed if I kept escaping for real. This could be addressed in several ways. You could add a very quick "press the button at the right time" minigame, where if you succeed you escape, but if you fail you fall into her breasts. You could add an item that gives the player horrible luck so they always fail those rolls. Or maybe you switch to an overhead view and have to "dodge" her breasts (like the skydiving part of Pilotwings, but more lewd).I like the idea of stats in a size game, but maybe less for dice rolls and more for choosing different paths (and affecting encounters). Like strength lets you move a big rock, intelligence lets you hack a computer, etc. On the other hand, stats do make things unpredictable, which is also good for a size game. I definitely like the idea of crits bypassing your armor and completely fucking you up.
