Normal people could name maybe two or three of these max (Clark/Lois, Bruce/Selina, *maybe* Ollie/Dinah thanks to JLU Teen Titans don’t count due to shipping wars muddying it) Same goes for Marvel (Sue/Reed, Scott/Jean, Peter/MJ) I’d say it’s half and half for themIf we’re just discussing comic fans though, yeah probably. Marvel keeps fucking with their couples in the stupidest ways. I don’t think there’s a single prominent wife/love interest character who hasn’t cheated on their “one and only” by now. (Most of the exceptions are perma-dead.)

Marvel has for several decades been at war with its relationships, there is an unhappy frathouse gerontocracy in there. Only the F4 have skated by the hackery and bugbear, but not for lack of trying, just some hesitance about breaking the original vision. Oh and Jessica Jones and Luke Cage, but I think Bendis has written a note saying he will actively break the knees of anyone who writes and edits that.Note DC is no strangers either, look at Bat/Cat mess, Dick nonsense and Green Lantern shenanigans, not to mention the Superman/Lois on the outs until DC 'blinked' according to Brevoort.I think DC just stopped fighting the lost war on some of these, Marvel we are waiting until certain personalities like Didio was are actually gone.

But Wonder Woman and Steve has never been on the same tier as the rest because DC wanted WW to stay virginal and pure for so long. Rogue and Gambit were(before xmen 97 ruined all of that for magnetkike glaze) the single most popular marvel couple and couple from comics amongst the normies.Spiderman and Mary Jane were unironically the couple in comics and most modern relationship throughout the 80's sort of copied their dynamic.Mr.Fantastic and Invisible woman are known as a married couple. And that's about it.Cyclops and jean are an old married couple at this point. It's going to be embarassing in the xmen movies though.Luke Cage and Jessica Jones sounds like a daytime soap opera couple. But they seem to be a decent coupleTitania and Crusher creel is probably the most wholesome stable loving couple in marvel period. It's kind of weird how happy they are together.

Yes because until marvel editorial changes and allows its relationships to not be short flings DC will dominate on this front. I mean looking at your list almost all the big DC characters have someone while in marvel love interests for a lot of the popular characters are temporary or sidelined hard to irrelevancy.

Marvel has a weird way of always breaking them up or killing one of them over and over again. Cyclops and Emma/Jean Pretty much all X-couples, there have been lots Daredevil and Elektra Spider-Man and Mary Jane/Gwen/Felicia Johnny Storm and just anyone mildly associated with him Bruce and Betty are always temporary Hawkeye and Mockingbird was great at the time Dr Strange and Clea are always temporary Ant-Man and Wasp are more famous for breaking up than anything else Juggernaut and Black Tom Sinister and Madelyn Prior had a weird evil couple thing for a minute in the late 80sDC just seems to want to do that with Hawkman and Elongated Man.
