Did Andre Gide actually express any contempt for sodomites? I know he made it clear that he himself identified as a pederast (as opposed to an adult-attracted homosexual), but he didnt express any sort of contempt for sodomites in Corydon, or in anything else Ive seen from him. He seemed to mostly argue in favor of both, under the broad topic of arguing in favor of homosexuality as a normal, natural orientation. Most gays at the time didnt feel the need to constantly distinguish between the two sorts of homosexual attraction, and oftentimes engaged in both (like Oscar Wilde) - so it would make sense.
The bit about "inverts" is very true, though. He did, indeed, seek to separate gender dysphorics from masculine homosexuals, which was based. We should be doing that too. Gide was based in general.

I have several critiques.
When not suppressed by law and culture, pederasts are the only one of the three that becomes common, indicating a substantially greater prevalence. I'd say it's androphiles (the other term is retarded) who are the most rare, but the gap between them and "inverts" is not as large.
The relationship arrows are all fucked up. While usually subject to more contempt than the other two in most cultures, milder inverts are tolerated even when pederasts don't need them. Agathon was a sissy bottom bitch and people just teased him over it. And in societies where pederasty is outlawed, inverts end up becoming the primary legal outlet of pederastic desire. When dominant, pederasts tend to hold androphiles in pretty low regard too, almost as bad as the inverts. For their part, androphiles pretty much always see themselves as better than the other two regardless of social norms. They mostly keep to themselves, but they are the most complicit with normalfags in outlawing pederasty. Inverts tend to be the least judgemental. Their desire to fuck the other two overrides whatever contempt they might harbor.
And the lines between these are blurry. At least in some cultures, it appears that young homosexuals would often start as inverts and then mostly grow up to be pederasts and androphiles. And pederasts and androphiles exist on a continuum with no hard line of separation between them.
The intelligence/achievement part is largely true, though.
