are you still able to apply to use a panel room for a movie screening at a convention? i might do that next year.

oh, it seems like screening rooms were always managed by the convention runners and seemingly don’t exist anymore. i thought it would be cool to bring some lesser known anime series and movies to local cons.

depends on the con committee desu. you can probably get away with this at a smaller con with programming gaps but not at a big one where they get more applicants than they have timeslots
