Put them in the fridge until the stop moving, then pour a bit into the spider terrarium then put them back in the fridge.

they're bred to be flightless, you just tap the container to knock them off the top so they dont escape, and shake a bunch into the enclosure. the spood will get them itself.

Don't bother. Get some micro roaches like Compsodes, Nocticola or little Kenyan roaches and culture those instead. Much easier to breed and you don't have to keep creating new cultures

Oh man jumping spiders are fun if you like watching tiny things. To answer your question directly, you can even transfer some from that container to a smaller one and then dump from the smaller one into the spider enclosure. I had a male that was pretty small but I was able to start feeding him the mini crickets right away. They can kill things 2-3x their size. If you go crickets early and they’re similar in size, just cripple the crickets’ back legs with your fingernail. That way they can’t injure your spider.
Anyway, I had one called Duncan Idaho that I kept on my desk. I was absolutely shocked the first time I watched him hunt a cricket. I guess he was pretty fuckin’ hungry because he did this flying leap thing, caught the cricket mid air, immediately did a warp thing with all 8 legs to keep the cricket tucked, and then tumbled over and over with the cricket to the ground before presumably biting the fuck out of it. It was absolutely crazy how fast, precise, but also VICIOUS it was. There was some genuine impact when Duncan hit the cricket. If it had been scaled up, I swear I would have heard a THWACK as he caught it and tumbled.
