Buy peppermint oil and a spray bottle at the grocery store. Fill bottle with water and some peppermint oil. Spray outside of house around borders of windows and doors once or twice during autumn when they first start trying to get in. I went from finding average 4 stinkbugs per day to maybe 4 per winter.

You’re going to be spraying bedbug spray constantly through the day and you start by spraying at the bottom of walls across doorways 2 to 3 times daily. Open the electrical socket covers - they could be a whole nests of them there. Throw all your clothing away, all your bedsheets and the mattresses. Everything in your closets! Expect to have to do this spraying for at least 3 weeks! They are tenacious and they are fast breeders. This is expensive, but it’s better than a contractor blanketing your house and turning on the heat!
