Virt-A-Mate is a VR sandbox adult sex simulator. Version 1.x is complete and we are all sitting around with our thumbs up our asses waiting for 2.x. It can be used in desktop mode as well as VR. Keep in mind if you want to use the full version of VaM you need a creator key which can be purchased from the official patreon page. Or you could just ask a friendly anon in the thread to give you a key.
Content can be downloaded directly in-game while browsing the official hub. Creators are able to upload looks, scenes, plugins, and more directly onto the hub as free content or paid.

I know this is probably a long shot, but does anyone happen to have a backed-up version of this character? It was made by some anon a long time ago, and my hard drive died before I could recover it. Damn this shit is complicated. I downloaded what I thought was character but she's a 'scene' so can I still load her into another scene somehow? Also what is a Decal in VaM, the decal-less version has an additional face decal in the Skin Textures tab (called no-decal) but I see no difference with it on or off.

Any recommendations on good scenes for VR? I've been trying a lot but POV mode is often an afterthought where either the positions don't let you see well or it's just really janky.
I especially like it in VR when the woman's face gets up close, makes eye contact, and especially when it has at least half decent facial expressions. Cowgirl position where they lean in nice and close is particularly good.
