Same reason anyone can't do something, Anon. You tried, weren't good at it, and then threw your hands up and effectively gave up.
It's a part of having autism. Unironically though, not as like some random insult. This is a thing autistic people do where they wallow in their own inability and self-sabotage by only giving half attempts at the thing they're not actually that interested in, and wondering why they can't improve. It's the same reason you "Can't" roleplay, or write, or do any of those things you wanna do.You have separated the idea of effort getting results, and find a bit of comfort in just declaring that you can't do something because it's better than the alternative, which is acknowledging that the amount of effort you thought was acceptable for improving, wasn't actually enough.The actual way to improve is to press yourself and draw/RP/etc, better today than you did yesterday, and you keep doing that until you actually improve. Not just, "Do as good as you can" and then rage about it online for the rest of the day.It's probably time you abandon this knee jerk habit of being mad that you're not making fantastical art and great RPs out the gate, and either actually try, or stop dwelling on it and go do what you're actually interested in. You surely have an autistic obsession somewhere that's not about being a great artist.

you're posting the same renders you've had for a year so as far as I can tell you haven't practised at all in that time.
your stuff is worse than who you're comparing yourself to because they've put in hours and hours of work that you don't see.
even if they are more talented and improve at a faster rate according to you, it's not an insurmountable gap, it just means you need to put in more work for the same results.
you've put in less work and are expecting the same results. stop posting, read take on some of the advise here and knock out some renders.

Don't use Cycles for stylized characters. Fortnite's rendering engine is much closer to Eevee than it is to Cycles. That's what's causing the fuzz.
Fix your lights and your environment. Since this is a Fortnite character, but it in a Fortnite world with the same type of lighting Fortnite uses.
